The rates below include a $30 discount per session for clients paying at time of service. If I need to bill anyone, the full rate of $40 per 15-minutes of manual therapy will apply. (I am not currently billing insurance, however I can give you a detailed receipt with the provider info, CPT codes, and ICD-10 codes that you will need to submit your own insurance claim.)
15 minutes, no cost
Meet me, discuss your situation, and receive a five-minute sample of this style of bodywork.
Full-length Adult or Teen Session
60-75 minutes, $130 per session
If this is your first session, we will discuss what movement goals you have and the discomforts and past injuries that are getting in your way, then we’ll plan a session aimed at relieving pain and discomfort while improving your range and quality of motion. If you are wanting to complete a classic 12-session Structural Integration series, this will be the first session in your series. If you have had a recent injury or surgery, or if your injury history is complex, we may or may not want to embark upon a classic SI series. We may instead choose to customize a series of sessions that will help you meet your goals. Most sessions will be 60 minutes, but you should allow time for us to extend the session to 75 minutes, if needed to wrap things up.
Children and Teens
Children under 8 years old, allow 30-35 minutes, $50 per session
Children 8-14 years old, allow 45-60 minutes, $90 per session
Teens 15 and up, allow 60-75 minutes, $130 per session
Young tissues change easily and young bodies often just need a nudge or two in the right direction. A little structural bodywork can go a long way toward easing the path of development, helping your child to feel more agile, strong, and confident as they mature into their teenage body.
